Refunds and Returns
All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, The Fusion Gallery offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery.

Please include the following in your email:
1. Your order number
2. A description of the type of issue (tracking status, request refund, request reprint).
3. Attach/Upload a photo of the damaged product.
To expedite your issue, please follow these helpful guidelines:
1. An issue with the quality of the print - Please provide a clear photo of the received product laying on a flat surface in which the design and the issue are clearly visible in a single frame if possible.
2. Wrong product - Please provide a photo of the product received.
3. Delivery-related product damage -Please provide a photo of the received product indicating where the package and the issue are clearly visible.
4. Reprinted item has the same issue as the original item - Please provide a photo or both the original and the reprinted item in the same frame where the issue is clearly visible.
Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible via email.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to reach your account.
**Some issues do not qualify for refunds or reprinting, such as the issues outlined below.
1. If shipping address/details are incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, The Fusion Gallery, cannot be held responsible. You may submit a request for change of certain Order details including address change and we will do our best to change the details of your order providing that it has not gone to production.
Our Merchant Support team will evaluate the request and at its discretion will let you know whether it is possible to accommodate your request . After an Order is placed we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to issue a full or partial refund in case of cancelled Orders.
Upon receiving a cancellation request, The Fusion Gallery will determine whether your cancellation is eligible for a full or partial Refund depending on the stage of the fulfillment of the Order.
2. Orders for products with recently updated artwork go through a Quality Control process that checks for low-resolution imagery or any other design related issues. If an issue is discovered, The Fusion Gallery will notify you via email explaining the issue and any possible product quality repercussions. If You choose to proceed with the order, or if The Fusion Gallery does not receive a response within 5 days of the email notification, the order will be submitted and You will not be eligible for any replacements or refunds for this order..
3. The Production times listed on the Website are estimated average times and are in no way guaranteed. If Your Order seems to be taking an unusually long time to be produced or delivered, please contact: support@TheFusionGallery.com. If the Produced Order is lost during Shipment, The Fusion Gallery will investigate and may provide replacements when appropriate. We do not provide Refunds for Orders still in transit, unless they are deemed to be lost by our Customer Support Team.
4. If an order has not been delivered in 30 calendar days (for domestic US or regional EU orders) or in 45 calendar days (for international orders), merchants should contact The Fusion Gallery Support Team within 1 week in order to be eligible for a reprint/refund.
5. If tracking of an Order states that it has been delivered, yet the Customer reports it as not received, The Fusion Gallery reserves the rights to refuse a free of charge Reprint or a Refund. Such cases will be individually investigated by the Customer Support team.
6. An Order can be delayed due to delays from shipping carriers. We cannot guarantee precise delivery dates on shipping, as it is dependent on the shipping carriers. Consequently, The Fusion Gallery assumes no liability associated with delay and does not offer any Reprints and/or Refunds caused by shipping delays, unless our Customer Support team determines that the package was lost in-transit.
